This Course is a combination of two units CHCPAL001 and HLTWHS002
CHCPAL001:
The unit enables learners to acquire skills, knowledge and information needed to provide palliative care for patients with illnesses that are either life-threatening or life-limiting, as well as those who are simply ageing.
HLTWHS002:
In order to participate in safe work practices to protect one's own health and safety as well as that of others in work settings that involve providing direct client care, a worker must have the skills and knowledge described in this unit.
