This unit teaches the knowledge and abilities needed to support workers in residential or community settings.

The abilities and information necessary to offer dementia patients person-centered care and support are covered in this unit.
CHCCCS001
The skills and knowledge necessary to identify and address particular problems faced by those who have a chronic disease are described in this section in the context of promoting a comprehensive approach to assistance. Duration : 3 Weeks
